Sole Futsal Center’s Speed & Agility Clinic provides a dynamic atmosphere for youth of all ages to improve their overall athleticism. Specifically, the Speed and Agility Clinic aims to promote health, fitness and self-esteem among the youth through athletics; teach kids to reach their potential through soccer/futsal and other recreational endeavors; and increase speed and quickness, as well as agility and jumping ability. We make these goals possible by providing the best coaches, facilities and equipment. These components are vital to being successful in any sport and provide the framework to being a great athlete.

About Julius King:

Mr. Julius King

As a graduate of Bloomsburg University, Julius received his Bachelors Degree (2003) in Exercise Science with an Athletic Training focus, and later went on to earn his Masters Degree (2005) in Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. While attending Bloomsburg University, Julius played wide receiver during the 1999 and the 2000 football season, in which the Bloomsburg Huskis were PSAC Champions, Northeast Regional Champions and competed for the Division II National Championship. While earning his Masters, Julius served as a Graduate Assistant wide receiver coach as well as assisted with the football team’s strength and conditioning program. Following his graduation, he went on to coach the wide receivers at La Salle University.

As a performance coach, Julius brings a tremendous amount of experience. He has worked as a personal trainer, worked at football camps, and trained high school, college, and professional athletes.  The professional athletes he has trained include four international basketball players from Hungary who were preparing for the NBDL (National Basketball Developmental League), an international Basketball player (Wykeen Kelly) from the USA who won league MVP and won a scoring title in his first two years of playing international basketball.  He has also trains NFL players, Andrew Tiller, Offensive Lineman of the New Orleans Saints and five time All Pro NFL offensive linemen, Jahri Evans of the New Orleans Saints/Green Bay Packers.  In addition to the professional athletes, Julius has also trained individuals with special needs and senior citizens.  He currently co-owner of All Fitness and has a 24 hour Gym located in Feasterville pa.
