Turin – –
Andrea Pirlo’s new chapter with Juventus has begun. On Monday (8/24/2020) he completed his first day of training with the Bianconeri.
According to a range of Italian media outlets, Pirlo arrived at the Juventus training center in Continassa that morning local time and was greeted by dozens of supporters. He responded immediately to requests for autographs and group photos. Igor Tudor, a former Juve player who is now Pirlo’s assistant, was also in attendance.
Since the morning, some Juventus players have also been there to undergo medical tests. Most of them are players who recently returned from Loan Charms like Mattia Perin, Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero. Aaron Ramsey and Giorgio Chiellini were also present in the morning.

This is Pirlo’s first meeting with Ronaldo as a Juventus coach and player. A signature from Barcelona, Arthur Melo, has also arrived at Bianconeri’s headquarters.

It is known that Pirlo was named Juventus U-23 coach on July 30, before being promoted to succeed Maurizio Sarri nine days later. Despite just making his debut as a professional coach, Il Professore is immediately keen to lead Juventus to good performances, especially in the Champions League.
Pirlo has less than a month to prepare his team for the new season. Series A 2020/21 starts on September 19th.
